What does a subscription include?

A subscription gives you a dedicated fax number to receive faxes, an inbox to view them, and included pages each month (50 for Starter, 200 for Business). Overage is $0.05/page.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your number will be released at the end of your billing period.

What happens if my fax fails?

If a fax fails due to a SimpleFax error (not a busy or invalid number), it won't count against your included pages.
